DESCRIPTION:Plum Island Outdoors will conduct a walking tour of Plum Island\, North Point\, led by Bill Sargent\, on Sunday\, September 17\, 2023\, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.\n\nThe 60-minute walking tours\, rain or shine\, from Newburyport Plum Island Beach to the south jetty and back. Free Parking for the walk is at the Newburyport Plum Island Beach Parking Lot.\n\nDiscuss the state of the erosion on North Reservation Terrace.\n\nGiven their length and a significant amount of walking\, the tours may not be appropriate for young children or people with disabilities. Plum Island Outdoors\, Inc. is not liable for any accidents. We\, of course\, cannot predict the weather! We will inform people of cancellations via the Plum Island Outdoors Website and our Facebook page.\n\nTour participants will gather at the restrooms at the Newburyport Plum Island Beach Parking Lot at 10:00 AM. We may alter the route of the walk or carpool participants up to 69th Street for the actual start.\n\nThe Walk is $10.00. Payable at Newburyport Point Parking Lot.
