DESCRIPTION:Mon-Fri\, February 20-24\n\n	Grades 6-10: 9a-2:30p\n\n	\n\n	A week-long intensive program in theater\, performance\, and play writing for students in grades 6-10.\n\n	Lead Instructor:\n\n	BONNIE JEAN WILBUR\n\n	\n\n	Assistant Instructor:\n\n	TBA\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	 AREAS OF INSTRUCTION INCLUDE:\n\n	 Advanced acting technique\, scene study\, improvisation\, elements of stage craft\, self-scripted performance\, play-writing for actors\, ensemble play-making\, and audition technique. Bonnie Jean looks forward to meeting with the students on the first day to assess interests and background\, to best ensure that the week meets the needs of this particular group.\n\n	 \nABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:\n\n\n\nBONNIE JEAN WILBUR is a staple of the theater community as a performer\, director\, and costumer. She received her BA in Theater Arts from Hampshire College and completed an internship in Drama in Education with Dorothy Heathcott at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne\, England. Most recently seen on the Firehouse stage in It's a Wonderful Life\, and this past summer in The Flies\, produced by Theater in the Open\, Bonnie Jean has quite an extensive resume. She has experience working with youth of all ages\, and costumes the theatrical productions at Governor's Academy.
