You name them\, they've known about them!\n\n\n\nBut how can crystals and stones help people in modern day life...?\n\n\n\nCome to this class to get up close and personal with a large variety of crystals\, learn about the basics\, and get some tips on easy-to-approach ways of adding them for your own self-care and healing regimen!\n\n\n\nWe will do an intuitive exercise with healing stones at the beginning of the workshop\, and each person will get to learn how to use these incredibly comforting and non-threatening tools for Holistic supports in mental health\, physical health\, and gentle energy healing.
