SUMMARY:Tween & Teen Intro to Aromatherapy and Yoga Playshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will introduce students to how aromatherapy works in the body and give them the opportunity to create a list of scents they most enjoy for the future. Each student will also take home their very own essential oil mist and a relaxing foot soak. Workshop includes a 30 minute yoga practice with essential oils diffusing  where we'll be making human yoga mandalas. Pre-registration is required.  Cost $30 per person (includes supplies).
