DESCRIPTION:About\n\nJoin Christina Nice as she launches a YOGA TO FARMS SpringFlow Yoga at Great Rock Farm.\n\nThis is a 4-class series on Saturdays 9AM starting April 29th. It will be 50-mins of yoga followed by an optional 20-min post-class visit with the baby goats and lambs. Please note that animals are not directly involved in your yoga practice to enhance focus inward as you practice yoga in nature on this beautiful working farm. You'll enjoy this morning practice surrounded by the sounds and smells of a working farm including as animals\, birds\, dogs\, & equipment.\n\nCome to a single class or all four classes in the series. You will practice yoga at various locations throughout the farm and locations will be weather dependent.\n\nPlease bring your yoga mat for outdoor use and warm clothes as this yoga adventure will be fully outdoors. For inclement weather such as heavy rain\, we will practice in the barn on hardwood floors.\n\nArrival\n\nPlease arrive by 8:45am to allow time to park\, check-in\, and a 5-min gentle walk out to your yoga destination on the farm. Please arrive on time for class\, as late arrivals will not be accepted as it disturbs the practice of others.\n\nTickets\n\n$25/$30 - Single Class. $80/$110 - 4-class Series. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to nonmembers. We reserve the right to reschedule as needed. This is a family-friendly and all-levels yoga class. Appropriate for ages 10+ yrs old (Ages 3-9 allowed with adults but all must have tickets). Please bring your own mat or towel to sit on.
