DESCRIPTION:7th Annual Sand & Sea Festival: Saturday and Sunday\, June 29-30\, 2013\n\n\n\nThe Sand & Sea Festival held every year the last weekend in June\, provides family fun for all ages with crafters and food vendors\, live entertainment\, kids' activities\, the ever-popular Beach Pizza Eating contest\, Pet Parade and much more! Saturday night features a free outdoor concert by Entrain followed by spectacular fireworks.\n\n\n\nNew this year: 3D Chalk Artist Anthony Cappetto!\n\nAnthony will spend 3 days creating an amazing work that invites audience participation! His finished artwork will be on display throughout the weekend. Come and take pictures of your friends and children interacting with his amazing work! We provide the space\, chalk and other materials\, you provide the talent!\n\n\n\nCategories & Prizes:\n\nProfessional Artist\n\nBest in show: $500 cash prize\, plus a 30-day solo exhibit at the Pavillion Lobby\n\n1st Runner Up: $250 cash prize\n\n2nd Runner Up: $100 cash prize\n\nAmateur Artist (ages 14 & up\, individual or team*)\n\nBest in Show: $250 in prizes and gift certificates\n\n1st Runner Up: $100 in prizes and gift certificates\n\n\n\nYoung Artist\n\n$100 in prizes and gift certificates\n\n*Teams are encouraged. Schools\, organizations\, families\; join in the FUN and show your SPIRIT at this community event!\n\n\n\nWe are also offering space for Art Vendors.
