DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this informational meeting is to present to the community planned improvements to the Inn Street area of Downtown Newburyport which will include lighting improvements and redesign of existing brick turret stairways surrounding the pedestrian plaza.  This project is a joint effort between the City of Newburyport (Donna D. Holaday\, Mayor) and the Downtown Group. A portion of this project has been generously supported by the City of Newburyport Community Preservation Fund
