DESCRIPTION:Now in its second year\, the Port Gingerbread Festival is a contest and public exhibition of artistic gingerbread creations made by people of all ages. From "traditional" gingerbread houses to ships\, churches\, lighthouses\, carriages or castles   the possibilities are endless! This year\, the event will take place from December 13th to 15th\, 2024\, in historic and festive downtown Newburyport. Admission to the exhibition is free\; donations are encouraged to benefit Nourishing the North Shore\, a nonprofit working with growers and food outlets to ensure that all residents can access fresh local produce.
