This rubber type of block is easier to carve and is a good alternative to the harder relief materials such as battleship linoleum. Studio time will be spent designing and transferring the drawing to the block\, instruction to the care and use of carving tools\, how to register block for the inking and printing of block on paper. Water based inks will be used.
