Explore downtown shops as well as craft vendor booths from artisans all over New England!\n\n\n\n18th Annual Scarecrow Contest\n\nOne of the most fun parts of the Newburyport Fall Harvest Festival is the fun\, interesting scarecrows decorating all the lamp posts downtown. This year will be the 18th annual scarecrow contest! This contest is free\, fun\, & open to the public! Entries by individuals\, families\, teams\, schools\, churches\, clubs\, organizations\, and businesses are all welcome. The goal of this contest is to create a gallery of fun\, inventive scarecrows throughout Market Square. Get creative!
