DESCRIPTION:Newburyport Art Association presents part one of our annual Master Artists exhibition\, showcasing artists in our community who have established themselves not only as artists but as leaders in the greater arts community.\n\n\n\nThe Master Artist program at the NAA is being revived\, and kicking off the revitalization will be our annual Master Artist exhibition. Our first batch of artists are creating artwork of a remarkable quality one must see to believe but it isn't only their artwork we're excited about. Many have been teachers or mentors in the arts community\, often being the names we think of when new artists are looking for inspiration or workshops. This quality is evident even in their art\; you can see the care\, study\, and experience leading to each form. \n\n\n\nIn 2019\, the Newburyport Art Association unveiled its "Master Artist" level\, open by application to its members across all mediums. Currently\, over 70 Master Artists have earned this distinction. Part I of this year's Master Artist exhibition series is taking place in the Hills Gallery\, featuring work from the following NAA Master Artists:\n\n\n\nJudy Miller Bailey    Tom Bailey    Jeffrey Briggs    Lindley Briggs    Donna Caselden    Keith Demanche\n\nCassie Doyon    Cheryl Dyment    Susan Ellis    Wolfgang Ertl
