DESCRIPTION:Ahhh... the "Boundaries of Giving". ...Many people do not know what these are by name\, but instead by the feeling you get when someone has crossed them!\n\n\n\nDo you often feel used by other people?\n\n\n\nDo you have a difficult time saying "no" to your children/ family/ friends/ partners?\n\n\n\nDo you tend to feel sorry for others and allow more than you really want to\; only to have your kindness and generosity be disrespected after?\n\n\n\nCome to this workshop to learn about having boundaries with others\, and feeling stronger in your ability to avoid being taken advantage of.
