DESCRIPTION:Come to Newburyport on February 11th for a free day of fun at\n\n	The Merrimack River Eagle Festival\n\n	presented by Mass Audubon's Joppa Flats Education Center\n\n	and the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge\n\n	\n\n	VISIT EAGLE HOT SPOTS 9:00-4:00\n\n	Naturalists will show you Bald Eagles from sites along the Merrimack River.\n\n	Maps will be available the day of the tour at all festival headquarter sites. All ages welcome.\n\n	\n\n	GO ON AN EAGLE TOUR 9:00 - 2:00\n\n	Tours start every half hour and take 1.5 hours to complete.
