\n\nLed by a balanced Feminine and Masculine duo\, Kerri and Manny will bring you through open discussions\, educate you on new tips and skills to assist your journey\, and help you to create an awareness of what it takes to be a "\;healthy man"\; in today'\;s world.
\n\nThis is one of four drop-in groups in a series for males age 18+. The four events currently scheduled are running on the following Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm:

Manny Muros
\n\nOwner/Practitioner at the Yoga Center of Newburyport
\n\nAn entrepreneur his entire professional life\, Manny founded and served as president of three corporations. He was also the founder and vice chairman of the board of the first public Montessori Charter School in Massachusetts. He holds a BS in Pharmacology and an MBA.
\n\nManny began his devotional meditation practice in 1995 as a way to balance his life\, as a husband\, father\, &\; entrepreneur. He began his study of yoga in 1998. His teaching style blends his study and practice of many spiritual pursuits - including contact and partner yoga\, transformational breath-work\, A Course in Miracles\, and micro-chakra psychology\, among many others. This diverse background gives him a keen awareness of the many available paths which lead to self-realization.

\n\nKerri Morrison\, LMHC\, GCHP\, RP\, integrates mental health supports\, holistic healing tools and intuitive education for both private clients and the community into her practice. A licensed mental health counselor with more than 7\,000 hours of clinical experience\, Kerri has helped hundreds of individuals improve the quality of their life\, self-confidence and their relationships. In addition to owning and operating Awaken Holistic Counseling Services\, she is a certified holistic psychotherapist &\; coach\, an inspirational speaker\, a certified Reiki practitioner\, and the MA state rep with the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). She believes healing and growth are always possible\, and when people are ready\, they can "\;awaken"\; to their true potential. Thriving as an adult with ADHD\, she aims to empower\, model and encourage others to finally step into their greatness.
