MINCO Corp. would like to introduce you to a proposal that point-by-point reflects these goals. \n\n \n\nIn short\, our proposal includes 80 apartments and 3\,500 square feet of shared office space and live-work units\, secures 9 acres of currently open space\, and will contribute to Newburyport's exciting business economy. One Boston Way is designed to revitalize a blighted area   an underutilized parking lot off Parker Street by the MBTA train station - that city officials as early as 2001 identified as an ideal location for Smart Growth.\n\n \n\nWe hope you'll join us at Glenn's to learn more about the project and Newburyport's Smart Growth District.
