He previously served as the city manager in his native Chelsea\, MA. \n\n\n\nBring your questions to the Local Poverty Matters Discussion on Wednesday\, October 5th\, from 7-8 pm in the basement classroom of the First Religious Society\, 26 Pleasant Street Newburyport.\n\n\n\nThe Local Poverty Matters Discussion Group is held on the first Wednesday of the month from October through May. These monthly sessions are sponsored by Pennies for Poverty and by the Social Action Committee of the First Religious Society. They are free and open to the public.
