On Wednesday evening\, May 7\, Ed Cameron\, who has been working on homelessness issues for more than 25 years\, will speak about housing and homelessness in Greater Newburyport.\n\n\n\nEd Cameron\, a Newburyport City Councilor\, is Associate Executive Director of Housing and Homeless Services at Community Teamwork\, Inc.\, serving the Greater Lowell area. Earlier in his career he served as Director of Policy and Advocacy for Horizons for Homeless Children\; Deputy and Acting Director at the City of Boston's Emergency Shelter Commission\; and Administrator\, Counselor and Supervisor at the Pine Street Inn's shelter and housing programs. Ed earned his B.A. from Clark University and his MBA from Boston University.
