SUMMARY:Decent Housing Changes Lives
DESCRIPTION:Many in Greater Newburyport have volunteered their time and contributed their money to the YWCA to build new affordable rental residences in Salisbury and to Habitat for Humanity to construct affordable owner-occupied homes in Salisbury.
