DESCRIPTION:A new documentary film dealing with the devastating impacts of federal regulations on the lives of New England ground fishermen will be shown at a Custom House Maritime Museum fundraiser screening on Wednesday\, April 4th at 7:30 PM\, followed by a Q&A discussion.\n\n \nCome meet producer and director David Wittkower.  Doors will open at 7:00 pm providing an opportunity for attendees to meet the Rockport native prior to the screening.  Refreshments will be served.  Admission is $20.00 per person. All proceeds support the film.\n\n \n\nIn his sixth directorial effort\, Wittkower provides a powerful\, take-no-prisoners look at how NOAA's oversight has driven New England's commercial fishing industry onto the rocks.
