DESCRIPTION:July 29 31 (Friday dinner Sunday lunch)\n\nCreating a SoulCollage \n\n \nCreating SoulCollage  cards provides a gentle and playful way to explore our life journeys. Through a contemplative process of selecting\, cutting\, and pasting images from magazines and books\, participants quiet their thinking mind and get in touch with their own inner wisdom. Intuition and the work of the spirit are allowed to have a voice. We will practice using SoulCollage  cards to access personal wisdom and provide guidance for life's questions. All supplies are provided to make several personal cards and begin to build your own SoulCollage  deck.\n\n\n\nThe Rev. Mooydeen Frees\, SCHC\, is a retired deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio. She holds a certificate in spiritual direction from The Haden Institute and is a trained SoulCollege  facilitator. Mooydeen finds this a unique tool for personal and spiritual growth and finds it has added to her personal journey as well as her spiritual direction and retreat practices.\n\n\n\nProgram fee $130\; workshop supplies $25\; room and board $230.
