They exist in all cultures: Greece  has mezze\; China has dim sum\; Italy has antipasti\; and in America\, "small plates" has become a common name for this type of dining.\n\n\n\nTapas\, or small plates\, are a communal dining experience. In this class\, we'll prepare tapas and small plates the highlight the tastes of the North Shore and the season.
