DESCRIPTION:Cantemus Chamber Chorus invites the public to join the chorus for a free Season Preview on Tuesday\, August 20\, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at First Church in Ipswich\, 1 Meetinghouse Green. Jason Iannuzzi\, Artistic Director of Cantemus\, says\, "Whether you want to pick up a music score and sing some of the season's music with us\, or just relax and listen as we take our first steps toward building great performances\, it's always a lively and fun evening." The free Season Preview is a great way for prospective singers to meet the Chorus\, Iannuzzi continued. The Chorus will hold auditions for prospective singers on two consecutive Tuesdays   September 10 and 17   at Miles River Middle School in Hamilton. Adult singers in all voice parts (especially tenors and basses) and high school and college singers interested in the Cantemus Choral Intern program are welcome to audition. Interns receive an honorarium or may choose public service credits instead. For more information\, see https://www.cantemus.org.
