This law went into effect on March 1\, 2010.  Are you in compliance yet? The MA Data Security Law requires ALL companies – large or small – holding in any form: a MA citizen’s name combined with any one of the following: credit card number\, social security number\, driver’s license number/state issued ID\, OR financial information/account number to protect it according to stringent laws.
