His vision is to direct the evening and enhance the guest's dinner with a focus on impacting all the five senses. His dishes will be comprised of locally sourced ingredients that build classic New England style dishes with a twist.\n\n \n\n"The Opus series is an opportunity for our team to creatively experiment with different types of cuisines\," says Proprietor Nancy Batista-Caswell.
