DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next installment of the Breakfast Speaker Series 2019. Waterfront West is proposed as a multiuse development on a 5.7-acre parcel already owned by New England Development between Michael's Harborside and the former Black Cow restaurant. On-site parking will be provided for up to 392 vehicles\, and the area is designed as a compliment to Downtown with architecture that reflects the style of Newburyport.
