Caswell Restaurant Group is looking for a full-time Beverage Manager to join its dynamic management team. This position includes overseeing the beverage program of Brine Oyster Bar and Ceia Kitchen + Bar, including the creation of seasonal beer and cocktail menus, control & inventory.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a background that includes food service as well as cocktail creation experience.
All Caswell Restaurant managers work collaboratively on every aspect of the business, including hiring, training, supervising, and opening/closing the restaurant and club. CRG is seeking a bright, enthusiastic person who loves the hospitality biz and the buzz of working in a fast-paced restaurant, and has strong leadership & communication skills.
