As Executive Chef of Brine Oyster, the Opus Dinner Series provides the perfect canvas for Chef Paul to display his skills. 15 Courses - paired with wine, gives every guest an opportunity to experience the breadth and depth of his talent.
Talented painter and graduate of the Atlanta College of Art, Chef Paul moved to Boston bringing his aesthetic sensibility and artistry to the hospitality industry. Finding like minded mentors, he began developing his craft and holding positions at Sel de la Terre, L’Espalier, and Barbara Lynch’s The Butcher Shop.
