Course 1
Wild Mushrooms with Madeira cream sauce in a sweet potato nest
Course 2:
Spinach Salad with chopped egg and red onion over dried tomatoes and croutons. Dressed with warm bacon vinaigrette
Course 3:
Roast Pork Roulade stuffed with prosciutto, crab, goat cheese, baby spinach and roasted peppers.Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and glazed carrots
Course 4:
Caramelized Bread Pudding
Topped with candied ginger sauce and fresh whipped cream.
